24 hours concierge. Staff are friendly and helpful. I asked for ac adaptor as I bought the wrong one and the staff told me that my current one works. Order room service and get 10 percent off. Very clean and love the bath tub and facilities in the hotel. Very close to airport.

Ein Hotel nahe am Flughafen in einem gesicherten Bereich. Das Hotel kann jeden Vergleich standhalten . Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer zur Flughafenseite mit schöner Aussicht. Bad und Zimmer lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Ich hatte ein "Exekutive Zimmer " mit Lounge Zugang und habe am Abend das kleine Buffet mit der Happy Hour genießen können

Had the perfect staycation at Pullman 😍 The room is clean and spacious. The staff is warm and welcoming, always greet you with a smile! They gave us early check in and even let us check out at 2 pm. The breakfast buffet was superb, so much variety: Indian, Asian, Continental ❤️ Special mention to Mr. Lalit from House keeping and Ms. Nidhi from front desk for making our stay even better 🤩 Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Delhi! The buffet was excellent — both I and my 7-year-old son, who is quite selective with food, found plenty of dishes we truly enjoyed. We also really appreciated the airport transfer service. When we were meeting my mother in the evening, the driver was incredibly attentive, stayed with us the entire time, and even guided us on where to stand to best see her coming out of the terminal. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the pool — but that’s a perfect reason to come back!

My favorite Hotel in Airocity, fresh air, perfect deisign, cozy rooms. only one point would like to Correct: please allow check in till 6 am, not to 4 am, as my arrival to Delhi at 4 am. I would to take a rest in your Hotel before to flight to next City, but obliged to choose other more loyal hotels to late check-in...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials provided. I especially enjoyed the facilities — the gym was well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Had a bad experience at the hotel. Customer service was not up to the standards. Rang the reception couple of times but no one picked up. Needed some help with the wifi settings but they did not care. Paid for the room (breakfast included) but was told the next morning that breakfast won’t start till 9 AM. Maybe they can notify their customers around the booking time. Will book elsewhere from next time.

배정 받은 방 첫 날 늦게 체크인을 했는데 키 카드를 꽂아놔도 삼십초에 한번씩 전기가 전체적으로 나갔습니다. 고장이 분명했고 첫날은 참고 잤습니다. 다음날 일정 나가기 전에 데스크에 설명했고 늦게 돌아올 예정이니 그 안에 고쳐달라고 요청했습니다. 밤 아홉시에 들어간 방은 그대로 였습니다. 아무런 메세지도 없었어요. 다시 내려가서 왜 고쳐지지 않았는지 문의하니까 아침에 본인한테 요청했냐고 하더군요. 자기 책임이 아니라는 듯이요. 그건 아니라고 하니까 그제서야 고칠 사람을 보내준데서 방을 바꿔 달라고 했습니다. 짐을 다시 챙겼고 방을 옮겼는데 이전 방보다 뷰가 구석진 방으로 보내더군요. 작년에 이어 올해도 풀만을 선택했는데 다시는 갈 일이 없을겁니다. 아무런 사과도 받지 못 했어요. 인도 사람들은 이런것은 작은 일이고 운명이니 받아들이라고 말 할것만 같네요. 실망입니다.
